What to Expect in a Session:
Intake/First Session: We will begin our work together delving into understanding your life and working to identify your area(s) of focus. Ultimately, we want to identify high level goal(s) to support your focus.
Connect: Subsequent sessions will begin with brief connection time to honor where you are at that moment, because life happens and sometimes what is happening in the moment takes precedence.
Focus/Guide: We will spend the bulk of our time together on your focus area. I’ll offer professional guidance and questions to prompt thinking as we explore the areas you’d like to improve. During this time, we will create a specific and attainable goal related to your chosen focus area.
Review: At the end of each session, we’ll review what we’ve covered to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Set Next Steps: Finally, we will set up next steps to achieving your goal(s).
Information from each session will be electronically documented and shared for your review.
